MUMBUB FAQ'S
You must become a MUMBUB Loyalty member by purchasing either one of our MUMBUB VIP Packages, or our one-time package options. As part of your chosen package, you will receive the advertised entries into the giveaways relative to the package chosen.
Your nominated ticket number/s will be included in your member dashboard under the ‘Current Entries’ tab, and in the order confirmation email you received upon making your purchase.
All ticket numbers are printed and the winner is drawn from a barrel.
Our draws are broadcast live on our Instagram so be sure to tune in! We will also post the winner’s details on all social channels if you are not available for the live draw.
You will need to log in to your account and head to your members dashboard by selecting ‘My Account’. Here you can see your membership details, current entries, purchase history, profile settings and access your member discounts.
Each month you are a MUMBUB Loyalty VIP Member, based on the package you have chosen, you will accumulate additional entries for every month you are a member. You can cancel your membership via you account dashboard.

We want to get your prize to you as soon as possible! One of the MUMBUB team members will contact you within 24 hours of the giveaway draw, so make sure you leave a phone number when you register. If you do not leave a phone number, we will contact you via email.
If you are a MUMBUB VIP you are automatically entered into every giveaway. If you would like additional entries, you can purchase as many of our one-time packages as you like.
With each package purchased, you receive the advertised number of entries into the selected giveaway at the time of purchase. Your access to the member portal also accumulates with each package purchased.
Due to legal requirements, our loyalty club is valid to Australian residents 18+ only.
Our giveaways are valid for Australian residents 18+ only and exclude residents of South Australia.

No. We will take care of the shipping for you.
No – whatever advertised giveaway package you purchase at the time is the one you are in the draw for. If you are a current member and would like to be in the draw for another giveaway, you need to purchase another package to receive entries in the draw.
