Each month you are a MUMBUB Loyalty VIP Member, based on the package you have chosen, you will accumulate additional entries for every month you are a member. You can cancel your subscription at anytime via your account dashboard. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] and we can cancel this for you.

You will need to log in to your account and head to your members dashboard by selecting ‘My Account’. Here you can see your membership details, current entries, purchase history, profile settings and access your member discounts.

If you purchase one of our VIP MAMA monthly subscription packages, you are in the draw for every giveaway, and receive accumulating entries every month you are subscribed. For more info on accumulating entries, see the ‘What Does Accumulating Entries Mean?’ FAQ.

If you purchase one of our BUB one time payment packages, you will receive entries into the selected giveaway only. The amount of entries you receive is determined by the package you purchase.

Due to legal requirements, our loyalty club is valid to Australian residents 18+ only.

Our giveaways are valid for Australian residents 18+ only and exclude residents of South Australia.

If you are a MUMBUB VIP you are automatically entered into every giveaway. If you would like additional entries, you can purchase as many of our one-time packages as you like.

With each package purchased, you receive the advertised number of entries into the selected giveaway at the time of purchase. Your access to the member portal also accumulates with each package purchased.

One of the MUMBUB team members will contact you directly within 24 hours of the giveaway draw, so make sure you leave a phone number when you register. If you do not leave a phone number, we will contact you via email.

All entries will be assigned a number and the winner/s will be drawn by a government approved random electronic number generator via randomdraws.com.au (by TPAL).

Our draws are broadcast live on our Instagram so be sure to tune in! If you are not able to be contacted at the time of drawing, we will follow up with an email.

Your nominated ticket number/s will be included in your member dashboard under the ‘Current Entries’ tab, and in the order confirmation email you received upon making your purchase.

You must become a MUMBUB Loyalty member by purchasing either one of our MUMBUB VIP Packages, or our one-time package options. As part of your chosen package, you will receive the advertised entries into the giveaways relative to the package chosen.
